UrgentStoma is a dental-emergency dispatch service: we receive your request and forward it to independent dentists in the served area, and the dentist who accepts it contacts you directly.

UrgentStoma is not a clinic, employs no dentists, and provides no medical services. The consultation, diagnosis, treatment, and fee are agreed exclusively between you and the dentist who takes the case. UrgentStoma displays no prices and quotes no fee: the dentist tells you what the visit costs.

UrgentStoma does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and nothing on this site replaces a medical consultation. If you have signs of a general medical emergency, such as difficulty breathing, swelling reaching the eye or neck, major trauma, or loss of consciousness, call 112 immediately. Our service blocks such cases and shows you the 112 guidance instead.

• provide real and complete data, especially your phone number and address;
• use the service only for real dental emergencies;
• do not send fake requests or requests on someone else's behalf without their agreement. Fake requests mobilize on-call medics and may be a criminal offense; we apply technical anti-abuse limits and may refuse requests.

We cannot guarantee that a request will be accepted by a medic or any specific response time. If no medic takes the case, the status screen immediately shows your alternatives: calling directly and, in serious situations, 112. The service may be temporarily unavailable for technical reasons.

Our role is limited to forwarding the request and putting you in contact with a medic. The medical act, including its quality and consequences, is the exclusive responsibility of the dentist who takes the case, acting as an independent professional. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for a case not being accepted or being accepted late, for the services provided by the dentists, or for temporary unavailability of the platform.

Your data, including health data, is processed according to the privacy policy, with your explicit consent given when submitting the request.

These terms are governed by Romanian law; disputes are settled by the competent Romanian courts, without affecting your statutory consumer rights.
